We will start our tour in the morning with transfer from Ljubljana to famous Bled's Lake, where we will board traditional pletna boat and ride to Bled Island in the middle of the lake. There you can visit Church of St. Mary and ring its bell for good luck. Return back and some free time, when you can try famous sweet “kremšnita”, well known as a vanilla-and-cream cake served as a local speciality. Continue to visit Bled Castle and enjoy beautiful panoramic view of Bled lake. After sightseeing we will drive to Postojna, intermediate stop for lunch in local restaurant (supplement). After reach Postojna we will enter to the biggest and worldwide known Slovenian cave system - the Postojna caves. A two million years old and 21 km long system of subterranean caves is one of the most easily accessible network of underground caves in the world. A ride by electrical train will be followed by a guided walk through a series of cave halls with drop stones, pillars and translucent curtains that create unforgettable impressions. The underworld system is a home of the mysterious, unique and rare amphibian Proteus Anguinus, or human fish as it is popularly called here. After sightseeing we will return to Ljubljana and have short visit of the city, where we will see few the most important monuments: the Triple Bridge, Town Hall, Cathedral, Prešeren square, Dragon bridge... The most distinctive feature of Slovenia 's largest city is its medieval hilltop Castle which offers a breathtaking panorama of the city together with excellent views of the old town and surrounding area.
