Program

First part of your trip you will spend in Bled lake, wher you can take different options for activities:

• visit Bled castle on the hill with magnificent view on the lake

• take a boat tour by Bled's typical 'pletna' boat to the island

• take a coffee with tradition local sweet called kremšnita.

The journey will be continued to Bled, the largest glacier lake in Slovenia, situated in the region of the Julian Alps mountain range, with the highest Slovene peak (Mt.Triglav) rising above it. In summer you can take a 15-minute walk to reach the source of the river Sava Bohinjka – waterfall Savica and later have enough time to relax at the side of the peaceful Bohinj Lake. Don`t miss the St. John`s church beside the lake with 13th century frescoes. If you like to admire landscape from the top, we suggest you to take a ride by cable car up to Mt Vogel (1.600m high), and enjoy magnificent view of the mountains and valley with the lake.

On the returing back to Ljubljana we will stop to medieval town Škofja Loka, situated under the castle and the monastery and take short walk around the city center.
